Double Heddle Weaving with Peggy
Equipment: Rigid Heddle Loom with 2 heddles of the same dent (that is, two 7.5-dent heddles, or two 10-dent heddles.) The usual accessories: scissors, measure, etc.
Yarn: four or five different colors, a small amount of each. Solid colors will work better than variegated yarn. Any fiber content, but fairly smooth yarns in DK weight or finer.This class is a prerequisite for an upcoming class: Double Weave on a Rigid Heddle Loom: Learning to make two layers of cloth at the same time for a double-width weaving, or weaving a tube of fabric.
