Weave and Felt with Peggy

You may make either mug rugs or placemats. The finished weaving may be either "hand-fulled" or "felted" This decision needs to be made before warping because felted items will shrink more than "hand-fulled" items. "Hand-fulled” items may have fringe. Felted items should not have fringe because of the amount of shrinkage during the felting process.
