Two-Handed Fair Isle Class - English Lavender Hat by Sharon Mooney
Learn to hold one color in each hand and learn to pick or throw your yarn, if you don’t know how! This class will help you speed up your stranded colorwork. Use Sharon Mooney’s “English Lavender” hat pattern (available through ravelry.com.)
Materials To Be Brought to Class by Student:
1. Purchase of ”English Lavender” hat pattern by Sharon Mooney from ravelry.com
2. Three skeins worsted weight wool or wool blend. (Pattern used two skeins of Berocco “Vintage” and one skein of Cascade Yarns “220 Superwash Effects”. You will need two tonals in contrasting colors and one multi with colors related to both tonals OR three solids or tonals that contrast/consult pattern
3. Knitting needles as directed on pattern
4. Yarn needle or large embroidery needle
5. Gauge tool or tape measure
6. Small sharp scissors
7. Pen or pencil for notes
8. Reading glasses, if you need them
9. Drink and snack or lunch
