Yarnival: Embellishing Knitting with Nancy Bates on Zoom
Nancy Bates is the brilliant designer behind the National Park Beanies and while she has been working on this project she has become quite the expert in stranded colorwork. One of the things she has discovered is the joy of duplicate stitch and embroidery techniques added after the hat is knit. Nancy will demonstrate some of these techniques while also talking about how and when to decide to add these details after the fact.
