Pickup Weaving Fancy Wash Cloths with Peggy in Person

This is a two day class. February 2, 2022 and February 4, 2022
You will warp your loom for 4 wash cloths and learn 4 different techniques for using Pick Up sticks that will create a set for use by your guests or to give as gifts.
Yarn Kit: Suggested Sirdar Snuggly 100% Cotton (DK Weight) 1 Skein of each color (3 colors)

You will need a loom and yarn for this course. Looms may be rented from HOKC for $25 per week and the rentals must be arranged in advance as supplies are limited

Skill Details: | Advance Beginner. You will need to know how to warp your loom, either direct warping or indirect warping. Indirect warping will be a bit easier than direct warping on this project. |
Requirements: | 10-inch or larger loom with 10-dent heddle, Sleying (threading) hook, the usual tools (scissors, yarn needle, measure, etc.) A loom with a 10-dent heddle is needed, along with 2 Pick Up sticks. DK-weight cotton yarn in three colors is recommended. |
