Learn to increase and decrease

Join us for a great session with hands on learning on how to increase and decrease in your
knitting. Some of the most common mistakes we see are when a knitter doesn’t correctly
increase and decrease. It can change the look and gauge of your project. Learn to competently
perform them and learn why and when you use certain decreases/increases.
~One skein dk weight yarn of your choice. It’s best to use smooth yarn of a light or medium
shade of just one color.
~Size US6/4mm knitting needles (any type, Sharon uses two dpns or 16” circular)
~Yarn needle or large embroidery needle
~Small scissors

~Pencil for notes
~Reading glasses, if you need them
~Yarn needle or large embroidery needle
~Small sharp scissors
~Pen or pencil for notes
~Reading glasses, if you need them
~Drink and snack, if desired
