Beginning Tunisian crochet on Zoom with Terri
Have you wanted to try Tunisian crochet, blending elements of crochet and knitting? Join us and give this Tunisian crochet a try! We will be learning how to do the foundation row, the end stitch, the Tunisian Simple Stitch (Tss), and how to increase.
This class will use the Chicago Summers Kerchief pattern by Grace Cocking. Purchase a copy of this pattern via Ravelry link thru the name here. If you want help with that, please contact us and we would be happy to work with you. The kerchief is designed to be crocheted with two colors. We recommend the following:
- Linendale and/or Linendale Reflections which are cotton/viscose/cotton blends - you will need 2 skeins each of two colors
- Zooey - choose one skein of two different colors (this is a linen/cotton blend)
- Summer Solstice - choose one skein of two different colors (this yarn is a linen/cotton/viscose blend)
HOOK: SIZE J or size to obtain gauge; hook with a cable of 13" length.
