Weave a Clasped-Weft Designer Pillow Cover with Peggy in person
Using a kit you will be weaving the front and back of a 12-inch designer pillow cover. The weft will have 2 colors. This can be woven on the same Warp that is used in the “Weave a Bound Weave Decorator Pillow” class on Wednesday, June 8.
This project uses a tabby, or plain weave.
Suggested Yarns:
Berroco Vintage DK (DK Weight) 1 Skein of 2100 Snowday for warp
AND
Berroco Vintage (Worsted Weight) 1 Skein of each color for weft
“Sea Foam” = 5120 Gingham and 5113 Misty
“Sunshine” = 5122 Banana and 5121 Sunny
“Dappled Woods” = 5112 Minty and 5185 Tide Pool
“Leather” = 5144 Cork and 5105 Oats

Requirements: | You will need a loom at least 12-inches wide, a 7.5-dent heddle, and the Yarn Kit from HOKC. Also you will need either a 12-inch pillow form or stuffing for the pillow. |
