Meet the genius behind 
Lazer Sheep!  
Leslie will be in store on Nov 1to pick up her yarns and deliver the special orders.  And she is going to hang out a bit (1:00 - 7:00) so you have an extra day to fondle her yarns. 
If you have not had a chance to stop in and see Lazer Sheep, you need to!  Not only are her colors amazing but the names are hilarious.  Leslie draws a new sheep for each colorway.  He design aesthetic is "Nerd Chic" so all of the names are from pop culture.  Sci Fi fans will take particular pleasure...

If you like to weave, do not pass up on the opportunity to take a class with Evelyn! She is a very talented weaving artist and instructor -- and I cannot wait to take this class!
 
Evelyn is teaching her amazing techniques to create art through weaving.  This class requires that you arrive for the class with the loom warped.  You should have basic weaving skills -- past that, just unlock your creativity and go!
 
Crockpot Dyeing
(not to be confused with crackpot dyeing)
 
Join Molly Oct 31st 6:30 - 9:00 pm to dye your own yarn!
 
We will have 5 colors and 4 bases to choose from. 

While we wait for our yarns to dye Molly will discuss kitchen dying techniques, safety, where to buy the supplies, etc.  We will have snacks and a lot of time to knit and chat!  There is no fee for this class as the attendees will be guinea pigs...  You will need to buy one or two skeins of yarn for dying.  Be sure to bring plenty of patience and a sense of humor and an apron!
 
There is a limit of 16 skeins so the number of people who may attend is limited by the yarn.  If you are not already on the list, please call to add your name.  909.793.8712

The colors are themed for Dia de los Muertos.

Tracy Graeber is a local fiber artist.  We are thrilled to have her in store in November to teach how to needle felt.  You will make and take pumpkins or leaves that make fantastic hostess gifts!
 
We will have kits of fiber you can buy for the class as well as the felting needles.  We will provide you with foam for the class or have brushes available for you to buy if you prefer.
