7th Annual Artisan Faire
and Yarn Over Truck!
Nov 18th from 10 am to 6 pm
       
Once a year we open our doors to local artisans and invite them to sell their handmade creations.  
 
This year we are also happy to have the Yarn Over Truck here with tons of Indie-dyer yarns!
 
You will find hand knit items, canned goods, jewelry, knitting and project bags, woven scarves, silk scarves, pine needle baskets, shawl pins and so much more.  I am able to get most of my holiday shopping completed at this event!

Nov 13th from 11 to 5
    
Sharon Mooney is teaching!
Sharon will teach you how to chart a design and then knit your own original bracelet.  This is a make and take class -- by the end you should have a bracelet done or close to it.  
 
Nov 14th from 10 to 2:00
    
If you are one of the many people who just learned the joy of weaving you need this class.  There are fantastic patterns and books on creating woven clothing but you have to be able to follow a pattern.  
Join Peggy for a hands on discussion on how to read and interpret a weaving pattern.
 
Nov 15th from 10:30 to 4:30
    
Christmas is getting closer and closer!  Weaving is a great way to get hand made gifts completely quickly -- and beautifully.  Learn to weave and felt beautiful placemats or table runners in this class.  You do need feltable wool!!  Be sure to ask us what will work.

It is amazing to make your own yarn!  There is nothing quite like hand spun for interesting texture and color combos.  
Join Felicia Wed night to learn how to spin on a drop spindle.
 
Tea Towel Weaving

Join Peggy to learn how to weave these beautiful towels.  You can create 4 different but coordinating towels with one warp!  Another great way to get quick gifts done.

Join Sharon and learn to make this adorable coin purse!  The pattern and clasp are included in the cost of the class.  Sharon will even share instructions for how to line it if you want.

Small Business Saturday!
Thanksgiving is over, the craziness of Black Friday is done.  Now it is time to shop local!  We will be open normal hours for Small Business Saturday.  Come in for great savings and fantastic gifts for the knitters in your life.

Dec 16th:
PJ Party!
Wear your jammies, bring something for the potluck, and bring your knitting!  We will hang out from 6 to midnight, play games, eat tons and have a blast.  This year's contest is a knitted or crocheted gnome!
