Magic Yarn Ball Exchange

Rather than exchanging ornaments as we have in the past we are going to exchange Magic Yarn Balls!

How to make the yarn ball:

hand wind a skein of yarn with a minimum of 6 gifts hidden inside.

Rules:

1. Yarn needs to be a minimum of 100 g of new yarn (not a frogged project). It can be any weight.

2. Hide a minimum of 6 little gifts inside. Choose items like: stitch marker, tea bag, well wrapped candy, charms, or trinkets.

3. Keep the yarn tag and attach it to the end so the recipient knows all the important details to pick a pattern!

When you knit with the ball you will find the gifts as you get to them -- this is a great way to get extra motivation to finish a project!
