Upcoming Classes
Learn to Inkle Weave on your Rigid Heddle Loom
This is a great technique to create straps for bags (perfect for your KAL tote!) or belts or any Warp faced weaving. And you do not need to buy a new loom!
Learn to Spin!
Felicia will teach you how to spin on a drop spindle - an inexpensive and easy way to learn the basics of drafting and spinning. She will also talk a bit about fiber in the class so you are more knowledgeable about what to try next.
The class fee includes a sample of fluff for spinning. We have drop spindles for sale in store if you do not have one.
Weave Tea Towels
With just one warp you can achieve so many different towel designs! Peggy will walk you through color choices, warping and wefting patterns to create beautiful but simple to make towels. This is a great way to get a head start on holiday gifts!
Warping Board Demo
Learn an alternative to direct warping. It can save you time and allow you to make more complicated warps.
Beginning Crochet with Flow
Learn all of the basic crochet stitches with Flow while making wash clothes. She is a super fun and patient teacher.
Plaited Basket Weave: Intermediate KAL Square
Sue will teach you this really pretty, fun, and a little tricky stitch. Remember, if you cannot make it to a class, there are You Tube Videos.
Two at a Time Toe Up Socks
Back by popular demand! Felicia is teaching her super easy technique for knitting two socks at the same time with the magic loop. You will knit them from the toe up allowing you to use up as much yarn as you like for a custom fit!
Beginning Knitting
Learns the ins and outs of how to knit from Sue. She is a super patient teacher. You will learn to cast on and the knit stitch while making super cute fingerless mitts.
